1. Agreement
By using Ravene Hub, creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing paid content, downloading builds, posting in chat, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site, chat, or purchase a membership.
2. What Ravene Hub provides
Ravene Hub is an independent creator website for BioPunk: Phantasmagoria and related digital content. Memberships may provide access to Early Access builds, development posts, private updates, extra notes, community-related features, and other digital benefits. Membership benefits can change as the project evolves.
3. Eligibility and mature content
Some content may include mature fictional themes, adult-oriented material, body horror, psychological thriller elements, transformation themes, or other sensitive content. You must be legally allowed to access this type of content in your jurisdiction and must not use the site if doing so would violate local laws, platform rules, or these terms.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Registration may require a one-time code sent to the email address you provide. You must provide accurate account information, avoid impersonation, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You may optionally link Google, X, or Telegram accounts to your Ravene Hub account; you must only link external accounts that belong to you. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, bypass access controls, attack the site, share paid content without permission, or violate these terms.
5. Memberships and digital access
Paid memberships are digital subscriptions. Access is granted after the payment provider confirms a valid payment or subscription event and the backend records the corresponding access status. Frontend checkout messages are not final proof of access. Access can be delayed if payment confirmation, blockchain settlement, webhook delivery, fraud checks, or provider review is delayed.
Membership tiers, prices, benefits, renewal periods, grace periods, and availability may change. If a membership expires, is cancelled, fails renewal, is refunded, is charged back, or is flagged as invalid, paid access may be reduced or removed.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including MoonPay Commerce and MoonPay Ramps. Payment method availability depends on provider support, region, compliance checks, and account approval. You agree to follow the payment provider’s own terms, policies, and verification requirements.
Ravene Hub does not provide financial services, custody customer funds, execute trades for users, provide lending, sell securities, offer tokenized stocks, provide copy trading, or give investment advice. Do not send cryptocurrency or money to any address or person except through the official checkout flow shown on this website.
7. Renewals and cancellation
Subscription renewal behavior depends on the payment provider and selected payment method. Some crypto-based subscription flows may require the user to approve renewal or complete a renewal charge page. You are responsible for monitoring your membership status and renewal notices. You may stop using the paid service or cancel through the available payment/provider flow where supported.
8. Refunds
Memberships provide digital access and support an ongoing independent project. Unless required by applicable law, payments for digital memberships are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, content has been unlocked, or a build has been downloaded. We may review refund requests case by case for duplicate payments, technical errors, mistaken charges, or other exceptional situations.
9. License and restrictions
All site content, posts, images, builds, text, artwork, characters, names, and project materials remain owned by Ravene or their respective rights holders. Your membership gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access eligible digital content. You may not redistribute paid builds, leak private posts, resell access, scrape the site, bypass paywalls, reverse engineer access checks, upload malware, or use the site in a way that harms the project or other users.
10. Early access builds
Early access builds are provided as-is and may contain bugs, unfinished systems, placeholder material, balance issues, crashes, compatibility problems, or content that changes later. Access to a build does not guarantee that the same content, features, or compatibility will remain available forever.
11. Chat and user content
If you post comments, chat messages, edits, or other user content, you are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit spam, scam links, malware, doxxing, threats, targeted harassment, illegal content, privacy-invasive material, infringing content, impersonation, or content intended to disrupt the community or attack other users.
Ravene Hub is built around an adult fictional project, so mature discussion, adult game themes, sex-related discussion in a lawful fictional/game context, body horror, transformation themes, strong language, and criticism of the project are not prohibited merely because of their topic. This does not allow harassment, threats, illegal sexual content, sexualization or exploitation of minors, non-consensual abuse material, doxxing, spam, or targeted attacks on real people.
You may edit your own chat messages where the feature is available. Edited messages may be checked again and may be quarantined before the edit is applied. Editing a message does not remove our right to preserve prior versions, moderation records, logs, or abuse-prevention metadata where needed for security, support, compliance, or dispute handling.
12. Moderation and AI-assisted tools
Chat and community features may use local anti-spam rules, automated tools, AI-assisted moderation, and human admin/moderator review. Messages may be allowed, blocked, quarantined, hidden, dismissed, approved, deleted, or used to apply temporary mutes or other account restrictions. Automated decisions may be imperfect, and we may change moderation rules as the community and project evolve.
Temporary mutes, restrictions, or bans may be applied for repeated or serious abuse. We aim to use proportionate moderation, but we may act quickly when needed to protect the site, users, the creator, payment/access systems, or legal safety.
Admins may use an AI-assisted translation feature to understand chat messages for moderation or support. Public user-facing auto-translation is not currently guaranteed as part of the service.
13. Availability and changes
The site, memberships, builds, and features may be updated, interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time. We may change these terms, prices, benefits, payment providers, access systems, or technical requirements as the project evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
14. Disclaimers and liability
Ravene Hub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free access, fitness for a particular purpose, and compatibility with every device or region. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravene Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of access, payment provider outages, blockchain/network delays, or third-party service failures.
